Trump's optimistic UN vision

All the headlines from Mr. Trump’s UN speech are focused on his prior statements warning Iran that they either make a deal or face annihilation. I believe annihilation refers to the regime. And he warned them not to focus on the midterm elections because he’s gonna be President for another two and a half years.
