When you live in the West, you get used to all kinds of natural disasters: fires, earthquakes, snowstorms, floods, windstorms -- we could go on and on. September is Emergency Preparedness Month, so we wanted to have a conversation on how to prepare. Joining us with tips for Utah families is Joe Dougherty, Public Information Officer with the state Division of Emergency Management.
