Get this: you need a copy of your birth certificate, but the state won't give you a copy because it's missing your first and middle names. And despite applying over and over for a corrected copy, no dice -- the state still says no. That's the situation a Utah man recently found himself in, until he turned to the Governor's office for help. But now, the programs are plaguing the man's brother and wife. KSL Investigator Daniella Rivera joins us in the studio to talk more about this interesting situation.
