Get this: you need a copy of your birth certificate, but the state won't give you a copy because it's missing your first and middle names. And despite applying over and over for a corrected copy, no dice -- the state still says no. That's the situation a Utah man recently found himself in, until he turned to the Governor's office for help. But now, the programs are plaguing the man's brother and wife.
