Premiere: Michael Scheppert - Early Bird [KataHaifisch]

Michael Scheppert’s Day and Night EP arrives on KataHaifisch just in time for the colder days. Music that captures the mood of fall while keeping warmth in heart and soul. “Early Bird” combines a simple bass pattern with a subtle arp and vocals that get deep under your skin. “Night Owl” takes a more driving direction, supported by a vocal chop, complementary chord stabs and dark SFX. Paired with a whispering, beautiful voice, the whole arrangement feels like a sweet dream of summer’s end. The whole EP shows off Michael Scheppert’s distinct touch of sweetness and is filled with delicate musical details.
