In the Season 3 premiere, we kick off our Jesse talks to Spiritual Director/Depth psychology author Lori Jean about Jung’s concept of the shadow and how important it is to be able to embrace our shadow, and the downsides of the “Positive Psychology” movement. They then listen to jazz guitarist Pat Metheny, perfect for embracing and pondering our shadow sides.
