PLUS500 LTD - Half Year Results

Plus500 Ltd delivered record financial and operational performance in the first half of 2026, supported by strong momentum across its OTC and rapidly scaling non-OTC businesses. Customer income increased 24% year on year to a five-year high of approximately $461 million, while revenue rose 12%, driven by higher-value customers, geographic expansion and continued investment in customer acquisition, technology and product development. Non-OTC revenue grew approximately 30% and now represents around 15% of Group revenue, with the business on track to deliver annualised revenue of approximately $140 million. Plus500 continued to expand its US futures and CFTC-regulated prediction markets operations across B2B, B2C and B2B2C channels, alongside new strategic partnerships and international expansion. The Group onboarded more than 65,000 new customers, up 17%, while active customers increased 10% to over 197,000 and customer deposits reached $3.4 billion. Plus500 maintained a highly cash-generative, debt-free balance sheet, with operating cash conversion of 99% and approximately $850–860 million of cash at period end. Reflecting its strong financial position, the company announced $182.5 million of additional shareholder returns through dividends and share buybacks, taking total returns announced in 2026 to $370 million. Looking ahead, Plus500's growth strategy remains focused on geographic expansion, customer retention, US futures, prediction markets and proprietary technology, with management confident of delivering full-year financial results in line with current market expectations and generating sustainable long-term growth and shareholder value.
