S2. EP4: Flight BA5061

The Inspectre team take their first steps into the world of UFOs and investigate the 30 year case of Flight BA5061 - an inbound British Airways flight that had a very close call with a unidentified flying object - high above the Pennine Mountain range, one dark evening in January 1995. This episode also explores some of the other rather strange sightings seen around Manchester Airport over the years - including the rise of one unforgettable shaped object in particular - the floating "Christmas Tree". Joining Tom this week and providing their opinions and expertise are Ufologist Ash Ellis, Chief Sceptic Tom Paech and Resident Historian Eli Lycett The Local Mythstorian. www.inspectreparanormal.com Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and Bluesky —————————————— If you liked this episode and would like show your appreciation, Please buy us a coffee or a beer via our Ko-fi page —————————————— Credits Written, presented, edited and produced by Tom Barrow Ufologist panellist- Ash Ellis https://www.ufoidentified.co.uk Facebook - UFO Identified North West Division Sceptic panellist- Tom Paech Historical research conducted and presented by Eli Lycett https://thelocalmythstorian.com "Inspectre Theme" - written and produced by Matt Davies —————————————— Actors Captain Roger Wills - Barney Clifton Manchester Air Traffic Controller - Andrew Pickstone Mark Lloyd - Lee Morris Manchester Planespotter - Darren Stebbings Didsbury Witness - Zoe Stebbings —————————————— Additional music Storyblocks: "Watching" - Michael Vignola "Hollow Ground" - Michael Vignola "Connecting shadows" - Michael Vignola "Fear within" - Yagull Music "Autonomous light" - Jason Wayne Brown "Indecisions" - Boris Skalsky "Planet of Cornices" - Jason Wayne Brown "Intense-horror-and-suspense-hits-with-scrapes-stingers-and-swarming-sounds" - Gerardo Garcia "Abyssal-murmur" - Saowakhon Brown "Haunting winter night" - The Turquoise Moon "Floating Through Black" "Documentary Anxiety" "Seldomly Seen" - The Turquoise Moon "And So Came The Fear"- Michael Vignola "Destroyed Spaceship" - Michele Nobler "Dark Drone Deception Ambient Underscore" - Livingforce "Suspenseful dream" "You saved me" - Michael Vignola "Dark Tunnel" - Jabamiester "Calling home" - Michael Vignola ——————————————- #Paranormal #UFO #UAP #Scary #Manchester #Aviation Inspectre Paranormal is an independent podcast made by CW9 Productions. ©️CW9 Productions 2025 Republished 04/08/2026
