Sleep Hypnosis for Overthinking | Stop Racing Thoughts & Fall Asleep Fast

A guided sleep meditation, with gentle hypnosis, for nights when your mind will not stop. Late at night, you let yourself into an old stone library. The lamps with green glass shades are glowing low, the shelves rise into the shadows, and the silence is deep and soft. In a worn leather reading chair you find a pile of books on the table beside you: today's thoughts. One by one you look at their covers, name them, and put them away on the shelves, where they are safe and will wait until morning. Then you walk down a long aisle as ten small lamps dim behind you, into a little round room at the heart of the library. There you relax the body from head to toe, slow the breath, and leave tomorrow's list with the librarian. Finally, the lights go out one by one, and you drift into sleep. Inside: • a slow arrival and a calming breath • "notice, name, put away": a simple way to set down racing thoughts • a deepener: ten lamps dimming along the aisle • a full body relaxation with a slow out-breath • gentle suggestions for a quieter mind, and a way back to this calm place • a soft fade into deep sleep, with no wake-up at the end CHAPTERS 0:00 The Reading Room 13:40 Putting Thoughts Away 27:40 The Long Aisle 39:52 Ink and Paper: Body Relaxation 53:10 The Librarian 1:02:53 Closing Time, Deep Sleep
