Trump’s latest outrageous speech teases a 2028 presidential run

Friday night at the rescheduled White House Correspondents' Association dinner, Donald Trump sat only feet away while journalists were honored for the very reporting he has tried to punish, silence, and sue out of existence. The most revealing moment was not just his hour of insults, failed jokes, and grievance politics. It was watching him forced to listen as the Wall Street Journal reporters behind the Jeffrey Epstein birthday letter story were praised for courage after his twenty billion dollar lawsuit, after a reporter's family had to be relocated, and after the Journal was kicked off Air Force One.
