In the late 1500's, 115 of the first English colonists in North America vanished off the face of the Earth. They had been settling an island off the coast of North Carolina called Roanoke Island, but when Englishmen returned to offer more supplies for the colonists, they discovered that everyone was gone. Leaving behind only a few cryptic clues to generate wild theories, the modern world still has no idea what happened to these lost settlers.
