show notes
Higgenbaum's Mitzvah is currently on break between seasons. We will be back in a couple months, but in the meantime, we'll be sharing some of our favorite shows with you. This month we're presenting my favorite episode of one of my favorite podcasts, Tech Talk.
Tech Talk is a fake tech advice podcast presented by the two most delusional loser fathers in the forum subcomment thread. It's also a hilariously brilliant collaboration between Jesse Brenneman and Oliver Harlan, two longtime friends and improvisation partners. Over six years and 200 episodes, they've created an alternate reality of such depth and convoluted lore that virtually every line of the show delivers some kind of payoff.
Fortunately, you don't have to have listened to every previous episode in order to enjoy what they do. While we're jumping in late in the game with this one, I think you'll catch on quickly. As is usually the case, the less said the better going into it.
Definitely stick around for the interview I did with them at the end. Brenneman and Harlan are insightful, funny, large-hearted artists and it was a pleasure to talk to them.
