BB28 Rumor Silly Season + Apple TV takeover: Cape Fear, Schmigadoon, Mosquito Coast & more!
BB28 Silly Szn has completely taken over the blogosphere. A leaked Chinese language sales deck has thrown the BB universe into a tizzy. There are rumors of a partial returners cast. People are doing forensic research on IG posts. It's crazytown out there and nothing is confirmed. Brett & Dani open the pod talking about the final full week of BB28 rumors, all of which are completely unsubstantiated. Later, we unexpectedly talk about a trio of media which all has a primary, or at least tangential, relationship to the Apple TV+ streaming service: Dani talks about the recent Cape Fear series starring Javier Bardem, Amy Adams and personal Hey Julie favorite Patrick Wilson. Brett took in Schmigadoon on Broadway, based off of the Apple TV+ show of the same name. Devens flips for immortality, MrBeast infects our eyeballs & one of us watched 'Michael'
After months of anticipation, MrBeast finally graced our television sets on Survivor 50 and... it wasn't terrible.
