INTERVIEW: Caring for someone while they forget

What’s it like to watch someone you love slip away? Sisters Adelaide and Lucinda Miller found themselves caring for the woman who looked after them growing up - their nana - as she slowly faded away to dementia. Over 10 years, they watched dementia steal her memories, identity and sense of self. They've made a documentary about their experience, called Nansie, which was released last year and premiered on SBS this month.
