Who Do You Remember? | Ep. 645

Stand Out Instead of Fitting In Frazier reflects on being in Austin around great leaders and experts and argues that the people who stand out are those who aren’t trying to fit in. He notes that humans often try to join the crowd, especially when they’re new and follow where everyone else is going, but in a noisy, distracting environment it’s more valuable to go against the grain, think and speak differently, and avoid parroting the same sales scripts that everyone uses. He adds that if someone is succeeding with common approaches they should keep doing it, but if their content looks like everything else, they should change it up to be different. Frazier emphasizes that grabbing attention first is essential to growing a business. Join us at Fuse
