To celebrate Mother's Day, The Simpsons highlight how Homer, Apu and Reverend Lovejoy have become neglectful husbands, but luckily Moe is around to convince their wives otherwise.

A parody of the film A Letter To Three Wives, the episode certainly has its relatable moments, but again points out just how pessimistic Springfield in general has become by this point.

We discuss the Lovejoy's (literally) loveless relationship, the stereotypical gags that Apu and Majula seem stuck with, why The Simpsons shouldn't be seen as "just a cartoon", Dando's love of jigsaw puzzles and more.
