as i reflect on the past year and think about what i want to incorporate more of in this season of my life, choosing myself was a theme that kept reappearing. it's a phrase we hear a lot in the digital space without much explanation. choosing yourself is usually related to self-care. while self-care may represent a fraction of what it means to choose yourself, for me it's goes much much deeper. in this episode, we talk about what it means to choose yourself + what choosing yourself may or may not look like. let's choose ourselves even when it's uncomfortable. <3
