For International Women's Day this past Sunday, Sally‑Ann Spring invited me onto her platform to talk about my journey from classroom to corporate.

We got into the real story behind my switch from a 10 years Teaching Career into Human Resources. Not just the highlight reel, but the rejections, the setbacks and what kept me going when it would have been easier to stop trying.
