The new head of MTK MMA drops into the Fight Disciples studio to discuss his journey in fight sports, from bareknuckle boxing and K-1 fights in Romania to cornering heavyweight boxers in stadiums and getting his nose broken by a 12-year-old called Darren Till. He's now looking to build the MTK brand into an MMA powerhouse to rival its boxing arm, and he's got big plans for 2020 and beyond.
