Bloodland

A young family purchases what they believe is a quiet rural paradise, eager to settle into a peaceful life. But a single feature- a gate blocking a long-used access route, quickly ignites tension with neighbors who have grown accustomed to using the pathway. What begins as a disagreement over land use hardens into open hostility, with each side digging in as frustration turns to resentment. As the conflict escalates, the once-peaceful property becomes the center of a deepening feud. In the end, a dispute over a simple gate spirals into irreversible violence, shattering the promise of a new beginning for the family.
