King Jehoram was not a good king. He did evil in the sight of the Lord. The best that could be said about Him by the Spirit of God is that he wasn't as bad as his parents. It's not that he never did anything good. He took away the image of Baal that his father had set up. However, he never led Israel away from idolatry and back to worship of God alone.
