The Luby's Cafeteria Tragedy

Send us Fan Mail On October 16th 1991 a blue 1987 Ford Ranger came crashing through the store front of Luby's Cafeteria. Sadly, this happened to be National Bosses Day, and the restaurant was much busier than normal. When Patrons rushed to the vehicle, believing that this all must have been some horrible accident due to a medical emergency, they would be met by George Hennard, a madman, brandishing 2 handguns. What would follow would be 12 minutes of pure devastation. This is the case of the Luby's Cafeteria Tragedy.
