Hello EICiggies, Is smoking cool again? Was it ever? With smoking once again at the epicentre of celebrity chic we asked YOU whether or not you think people are picking up their lighters and throwing away their cares. And if so, are we experiencing a trickle down from celebs which is reversing decades of public health campaigns? We also reflect on our own relationships with smoking, how our attitudes towards smoking have changed through the years and how smoking has come to re-enter the mainstream. It’s the comeback that none of us expected. Can we attribute the rise of smoking as an aesthetic marker to a resistance to wellness, a natural bedfellow to the rise of diet culture - or are the famous people to blame?
