To find meaning is a dynamic process that constantly shapes yourself, immerses yourself in reality and has reality immersed in you. A meaningful life can be defined according to a positive life regard, referring to an individual’s belief that he is fulfilling a life-framework or life-goal that provides him with a highly valued understanding of his life.
