Interview: Dorothy Freeman

In this episode of eMerge Unchained, host Aubrey Green talks with storyteller and publishing newcomer, Dorothy Freeman. Dorothy likes breaking the rules and advocates for living a life worth chronicling, saying she doesn’t need to write fiction with her history. Even as her writing group urges her to publish more, she talks openly about the ongoing struggle with imposter syndrome contrasted with writing the truth fearlessly and honestly. She once hitchhiked to Mexico with a toddler. Listen in and hear how one author is coming back to her older manuscripts with fresh eyes and what comes next.
