Menomonie’s boil water advisory is still in effect—boil all water before drinking or cooking, and expect it to last at least until Friday. Water pressure’s back, levels in towers are rising, and chlorine levels are boosted to keep bacteria at bay. Community rallied with 35 pallets of donated water from Kwik Trip and Walmart—now another free distribution is happening Friday, 8 AM to 7 PM at the Community Services Shop near the Red Cedar River bridge.
