Episode 212 Doe ID Michael Ray Schlicht In September 1974, the nude body of a young man was found on a fire road in Laguna Hills, CA. Remaining unidentified, he was buried in a pauper’s grave, his death chalked up to an accident. But 6 years later, Orange County investigators would begin to notice a pattern of similar cases throughout Southern California, and even in Oregon. A serial killer was at work, and he would turn out to be one of the most prolific of all time. Laguna Hills John Doe, now known to be 17 year old Michael Ray Schlicht, is believed to be one of the early victims of Randy Kraft. Michael did not receive justice in a court of law, but at least he has his name back, and his family can honor him for the first time in 50 years.
