Howard and Michele Hall bring us stunning footage of the rare Dugong. This video was captured in Busuanga Island, Philippines. Dugongs are increasingly rare and finding individuals that are approachable is even more rare. Dugongs are now protected in the Philippines and the Dugong Dive Center in Busuanga regularly takes people out for snorkeling or even scuba encounters.
