At just 21 years old, Marie lost both of her parents and her sister in one night. Marie shares what happened, how she found a way to keep going, and the tools that helped her live through grief, including talking, meditation, EFT tapping, energy healing, signs, faith and learning how to be kind to herself on the hardest days.
