Quantum Dietitian Explains Why Your Fat Loss Stalled (It's Not Calories)

Ethan Okunas makes the case that this is the wrong end of the equation entirely. Going from 10,000 to 50,000 steps buys you maybe 150 calories. A five-mile run, 300 or 400.
