Paul Michael Stephani

Buckle up for our first serial killer case - The Weepy Voiced Killer. AKA Paul Michael Stephani. AKA the weirdest serial killer ever. During the 1980s in Minnesota, Paul Michael Stephani was targeting women in the city. The strangest part of his pathology - he would call 911 after each attack reporting that he had stabbed someone...but he would be performatively crying in a very high pitched weepy voice. Join us to hear the 911 recordings and learn how he got caught. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_Michael_Stephani https://murderpedia.org/male.S/s/stephani-paul.htm Morbid Podcast - The Weepy Voiced Killer (Jan. 9, 2021). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3KR-MUkowfw (A&E - Weepy-Voiced Killer Confesses to More Crimes) Deathbed Confessions Podcast - The Weepy Voiced Killer: Paul Michael Stephani (March 29, 2023). https://www.oxygen.com/unknown-serial-killers-of-america/crime-news/unknown-serial-killers-weepy-voiced-paul-stephani https://criminalminds.fandom.com/wiki/Paul_Michael_Stephani https://www.kttc.com/2021/11/08/notorious-weepy-voiced-killer/
