Gruesome Court Images Reveal Body of Teen Celeste Rivas, D4VD Fights to Stop Trial

The preliminary hearing for D4vd (David Anthony Burke) continues in the death 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. D4vd faces multiple serious charges, including:

• First-degree murder with special circumstances (lying in wait, murder for financial gain, and killing a witness)
• Continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14
• Unlawful mutilation of human remains

He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
