My guest today is Amy Wilding, Board Certified Women’s Hormonal Health Coach, and menstrual rewilding expert, author of Period of Change and Wild & Wise. Amy is a queer and inclusive feminist with a passion for empowering women by helping them to reclaim their inherent sovereignty and wisdom, she has been leading sacred women’s circles, mother-daughter circles, and rite-of-passage ceremonies for well over a decade. She is the founder of Period of Change, a transformative menstrual education programme and rite-of-passage celebration that has supported thousands of girls and their mothers through puberty, menarche, and the reclamation of cycle literacy.
