Being instructors in both LE and Correction academies, Bobby and Sarge bring up interesting insights on the training. They mirror each other but Police need more high liability training than corrections (Driving, traffic stops, and patrol procedures) yet corrections have better understandings of deescalation and Defensive Tactics (ground fighting).
