Behind every great racer, there are hundreds of others making it happen. Coaches are a major part of the framework and foundation needed for athletes and teams to thrive. Without strong coaching and meaningful athlete-coach relationships, few athletes could succeed.
Nigel Ellsay, former pro and current National Team Road Coach, is a key player in Canadas development as a cycling nation.
