ADHD Awareness Month

October is ADHD Awareness Month, with a focus this year on moving beyond awareness towards greater understanding, acceptance and empowerment. Joining Alan Morrissey to discuss what it really means to live with ADHD, the challenges people face and how we can offer better support were Chloe Whelan from Newmarket-on-Fergus, who has been sharing her own experience on social media, and Ennis-based ADHD coach Maria McNamara, who works with individuals and families from neurodiverse backgrounds.
