Jack Daniels: Is It Bourbon and Does It Suck?

Jack Daniel's is the largest or second largest whiskey producer in the world (depending on what stats you follow). Jack Daniel's uses a charcoal filtering process prior to being put in a barrel for aging called the Lincoln County Process. A debate has raged for decades as to whether the LCP makes Jack into a whiskey that is not bourbon.
