Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. is heading south to plant its next flag, betting that an American brand can sell Mexican-inspired food to Mexicans. Speaking to BTV's Romaine Bostick and Katie Greifeld, Boatwright says “We serve customers across all income cohorts here in the US.
