Why I Don't Drink

Answering the question I get all the time which is why I don't drink alcohol. In this episode, we get into: → Why I choose not to drink alcohol → The relationship between alcohol, your nervous system, sleep, and overall well-being → Why feeling good in my body has become a non-negotiable → The social expectations around drinking and why I don't feel the need to participate → How my relationship with health has shaped the decisions I make today → Why I don't feel like I'm missing out by not drinking → The freedom that comes from making decisions based on what genuinely adds to your life Ultimately, this episode is about something much bigger than alcohol. You get to decide what belongs in your life based on the life you actually want to experience. And for me, alcohol simply doesn't add anything to it.
