Is Christ Present?

What happens when we put God’s name on our own agenda? In Ezekiel 13, the prophet confronts false teachers who claim divine authority for words God never gave them, exposing the danger of spiritual identity theft, false assurance, and leaders who whitewash cracks instead of repairing what is actually broken. This week on Behind the Pulpit, the guys unpack what Ezekiel’s warning means for Christians today, how to discern between God’s revealed will and our own plans, and why both spiritual leaders and those listening to them need to practice careful discernment. They also tackle a major question about the Lord’s Supper, compare the memorial and spiritual-presence views, and somehow turn ordering a ham-and-cheese sandwich into a lesson on presuming to speak for God. Plus, the Great Book War rolls on, and Pastor Dave dives into one of the Bible’s strangest mysteries: who exactly were the Nephilim? **SUBMIT YOUR QUESTIONS TO THE SHOW HERE** https://millingtonbaptist.ccbchurch.com/goto/forms/241/responses/new ***VOTE HERE*** The Great Book War is on!
