Episode 6 // Gerrit Cole

In this episode, my good friend Gerrit Cole and I discuss the progress of his rehab from Tommy John Surgery, as well as his excitement to get back on the mound in 2026. We watch him absolutely rake at the plate from his Pirates days, and dig in on how hitting helped him form some new strategies as a pitcher. This conversation has so much more as well, so I hope you guys enjoy! This Conversation first appeared on livestream #121 - https://www.youtube.com/live/UU1zFQFuacY?si=7OMaAN1mYcFlegqQ #baseball #mlb #yankees #pitching #tommyjohn
