Confidence Is a Skill, Not a Personality Trait

In this episode we’re talking about confidence, not as something you either have or don’t, but as something you build, practice, lose, and rebuild again. We get into that classic question of “what makes someone confident?” and why the answer is way less about the way you look than we’ve been told. We talk about the phases where we were deeply self-conscious, the versions of confidence we kind of faked before we actually felt it, and the moments where our self-esteem was at its lowest (which, honestly, shaped us the most). We also get into the habits and boundaries that slowly built real self-worth, the insecurities we’re still working through, and what it actually costs to reinvent yourself and show up differently.
