Dallas Goldtooth sits down with longtime friend, photographer, wellness educator, author, and Well for Culture co-founder Thosh Collins for an honest conversation about Indigenous masculinity, healing, and accountability.

Together they explore what it means to be Native men in today's world—how colonialism and patriarchy have shaped our communities, the importance of emotional intelligence, fatherhood, ceremony, wellness, and the responsibility men have to create safer, healthier futures for everyone. Along the way, they share stories spanning more than two decades of friendship, laugh about missing teeth and movie theater popcorn, and reflect on the lifelong work of becoming better husbands, fathers, brothers, and community members.

This episode doesn't have all the answers, but it's the kind of conversation that challenges us all to grow.
