DIVISION 7 MATCH AI 🤦

Just finished my second AI Division 7 match and bro this one was different 😮‍💨 First match in this division I was still trying to figure out the pace but this one I came in with confidence. The whole game ended 3-0 but it didn’t feel easy at all in the first half. I was playing against the AI on a custom stadium and they were pressing me hard. I had to be patient, keep possession, and wait for my chances. Rooney actually opened the scoring for me early, I saw the notification pop up with his 97 card and "Today's Goals: 1". That goal calmed me down because I knew if I get one, the AI usually opens up more. I even missed a couple chances before that so I was lowkey nervous. Second half is where everything changed and that’s when Nedved decided he wanted to be the star. I’ve been using him in CAM and he’s been decent, but today he was on another level. Around the 70th minute I made a run with him from midfield, cut inside and just smashed it. 2-0. The timing was perfect because the AI was starting to push and I needed that second goal to kill the game. I was screaming at my phone like "YES" because Division 7 AI can be annoying when they park the bus. Nedved’s shot was so clean, top corner, keeper didn’t even move. I replayed it twice just to watch it again. Then like 5 minutes later he did it again. Same thing, picked the ball up around 75 minutes, played a quick one-two, and curled another one in. 3-0. At that point I knew the match was done. Two goals in the 70+ minutes, both from Nedved, and he was running the whole midfield. Passing, shooting, tracking back, everything. When the full time whistle came I checked the stats and he was obviously Man of the Match. No debate. The game even highlighted him after like he deserved it. For my second Division 7 match to end like this felt really good because it means I’m starting to understand how to break down the AI. I was actually clapping my hands irl. What I liked most was how I controlled the tempo. First 45 I was just probing, using Rooney and Aguero to stretch them, then in the second half I brought Nedved more central and told him to shoot on sight. It worked. The AI tried to do their usual late pressure but I was already 3-0 up so it didn’t matter. I also noticed my defense was solid today. Didn’t concede which is rare in Division 7 because the AI always gets one lucky goal. Keeping a clean sheet and scoring 3 made it feel like a statement win. Even the coach on the sideline was doing that clapping animation like he was proud. Overall this 3-0 win with Nedved scoring 2 and being MOTM is the kind of game that makes grinding Division 7 worth it. First match was just about survival, this second one felt like I actually belong here. If Nedved keeps playing like this every match I might actually push to Division 6 faster than I thought. I’m definitely saving this gameplay to watch later. Gonna take a break now but I’m already hyped for the next match.
