show notes
The Cosmic Dragons have been coming through strongly lately and in this episode, we’re going deeper. 🐉✨
We explore grounding, embodiment, and what it means to bring more of our multidimensional consciousness into the physical body as the frequencies around us continue to increase.
Then we open the field to three distinct dragon transmissions:
🐉 Pleiadian Dragons — high heart, family, and awakening through our biological lineages
🐉 Andromedan Dragon Mother — heart, high heart, stellar gateway, and a powerful magenta ray frequency
🐉 Emerald Dragon Collective — Thoth, the Emerald Tablets, Phoenix energy, Gaia, Egypt, and the back heart
This episode is both conversation and activation, with a strong invitation to stay present in the body, breathe, move, ground, and let the frequencies integrate in your own way.
Drink some water, get outside afterward if you can, and notice what continues unfolding.
With love, JJ
