Dad brings Di Amore Amaretto as his night cap. He brings walnuts, an amaretto almond brie and apricot, raspberry cookies to snack on. Josh has Bonal French quinine liqueur for his nightcap. Josh did a desert cheese board consisting of consulado robusto cheese, goat cheese, Humboldt fog ash aged goat cheese, bosc pear, peaches, chocolate with honey comb and a special honey he got from some friends. Josh and Dad have a great time sipping and snacking. Both of these drinks are technically aperitifs but both work as a digestif. They have some really fun amazing pairings.
