show notes
Wiirdo and MickeyBravo open on a glacier the size of a small city letting go on the Nepal-Tibet border — 680+ dead, 2,400 missing, and a $167 billion mega-dam and a hidden network of underground air bases sitting in the same blast radius China won't let a camera near — before the news cycle just keeps coming: a CIA director's unannounced trip to Moscow, Russia threatening to strike UK military targets, and Bill Gates himself warning that AI-enabled bioterrorism is now "about 50 times more scary" than a natural pandemic, a direct sequel to the AI-designed-virus story from two episodes back. Then the show pivots continents entirely into Peru and the Puma Punku problem: 1,250-plus megalithic sites worldwide, stone blocks cut to millimeter tolerances with tools that shouldn't be able to do it, a civilization with no writing system somehow running a continent-spanning administrative state on knotted string, and a real 1909 Grand Canyon "Egyptian cave" hoax the hosts almost took as confirmed suppression before the record gets set straight. Somewhere in the middle of explaining Spotify, Wiirdo accidentally invents the show's actual title live on air. Real dams, real Inca origin myths, a debunked DNA claim, and a giants theory neither host is backing down from.
