XLRI: Why working professionals can't stop learning

The way we work is changing rapidly, driven by new technologies, evolving industries and shifting expectations from employers and employees. For professionals, this means that the skills they begin their careers with may not always be enough to meet the demands of a changing workplace. Continuous learning is therefore becoming increasingly important, helping people stay updated, adapt to new roles and remain prepared for what lies ahead.
