podnod 0.1.36 — picking up playback across devices

1 min read

podnod 0.1.36 is out, and it is mostly about picking up playback across your devices.

picking up playback

  • on your computer and on the phone, the offer to pick up what is playing on another device now appears as soon as podnod opens, rather than taking up to twenty seconds.
  • in the desktop app, the offer to pick up what is playing on another device now appears even when an episode is paused, instead of only after quitting and reopening the app.
  • on the website, the offer to pick up what is playing on another device now goes away as soon as you start playing something in that tab, instead of staying up for up to fifteen seconds.

the apps update themselves, and podnod.eu/apps has the downloads.
